Veritas Notary LLC
A road map for every notarization.
Built for any Texas notary — brand-new commissions learning where everyone signs, and signing agents who need to move through a package without missing a blank. Upload the document; PathFinder maps signatures, initials, dates, notarial acts, and seals page by page, with plain-English form summaries. Each user keeps a private dashboard and records.
See exactly where to mark
From a one-page affidavit to a 400-page loan package, AI tags each signature, initial, date, notarial certificate, and seal — page, role, and place on the page. Ideal for learning the table or catching every blank.
Train slow or work fast
Guided step-through walks new notaries one action at a time. Free-form checklist lets signing agents move at full speed. Progress auto-saves either way.
Your private workspace
Every notary gets their own dashboard, sessions, record book, and estimates. Print a clean worksheet for the table and export a timestamped completion report for your files.
Invitation only — each approved notary gets their own private workspace. Request access and tell us why; Veritas Notary LLC will send an invitation link.
